WCIO 2017 Registration Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be made in writing to  by May 1, 2017. A processing fee of $125 will be deducted from your refund on cancellations made on or before May 1. WCIO will not refund cancellations received after May 1. All refunds will be processed two weeks after the conference.
