CONFERENCE HAND OUT - $1500
We will have a newsstand at the registration table to offer attendees your publication and/or ad. The registration table is their first stop at the conference, so take advantage of this opportunity to become part of their first impression!
GUEST ROOM DROPS - $2000
Deliver your personal message to attendees’ hotel room. Each item must be no larger than one 8 ½” x 11” size paper. Please note: sponsors are required to produce their own room drop and ship to the facility.
NEWSPAPER/DECAL SLEEVE - $2000
Complimentary newspapers will be delivered to each room during the conference! These sleeves wrap around the newspaper to create immediate visibility and a branding opportunity to attendees as soon as they wake up. They will head down to the conference with you in mind!
REMOTE CONTROL SLEEVE IN GUEST ROOMS - $5000
When guests arrive, they will notice your name on the sleeve of their remote control. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to get your name in front of the attendees in a very unique way!
GUEST ROOM TABLE TENT - $5000
You’ll be the name in every guest room with a table tent placed prominently on the desk or dresser!
AD ON INTERNAL TV CHANNEL IN GUEST ROOM - $5,000
These ads will be seen on the television of every guest staying at the Seaport Boston! This unique opportunity will provide high visibility for branding to every attendee even as they return to their rooms at the end of the day. Please note: sponsors are required to produce their own ad.
GUEST ROOM MIRROR DECAL - $6,500
Take mirror decals to the next level. Place your logo on the mirror in every guest room. Incentivize attendees to visit your booth by placing a fun question related to your products or services and offer a prize if people stop by with the correct answer!
WIFI SPONSOR - $7,500
Wi-Fi will be available to all attendees throughout the conference. This is a great opportunity to have your logo appear on the login signage located throughout the meeting space. Additionally, have your company name as the SSID login name and/or password (pending hotel approval).
CHARGING STATION - $8,000
Help attendees stay connected and powered up by supporting a charging station conveniently located throughout the event! Sponsorship includes branding on the charging station.
PORTFOLIOS - $10,000
The official WCIO portfolio is a high profile promotional item at WCIO 2017. The supporters' logo may be printed on the bag along with the WCIO meeting logo. While seen throughout the meeting, attendees also take the portfolios home to use at their office, providing even greater exposure.
HOTEL ROOM KEYS - $10,000
Welcome attendees to Boston as they check into their hotel. Imprint your own advertisement on the front of the hotel key cards. Provide us with the artwork and we will coordinate the key production.
