2015 WCIO Fellow and Resident-in-training Annual Meeting Scholarship

     

    The 2015 Annual Meeting Scholarship is now closed.  All applications have been reviewed and all those awarded have been notified.

    On behalf of the program committee, I would like to invite you to apply for the 2015 Fellow and Resident-in-training Annual Meeting Scholarship. This program is open to all interventional radiology fellows and diagnostic radiology residents within the United States.

    Scholarship recipients must attend the 2015 meeting to include the Early Career Interventional Oncologist evening symposium which takes place on Wednesday, May 6 as well as plenaries, workshops, scientific and poster sessions during the WCIO 2015 and participate in networking events. Scholarship recipients will be recognized and will receive certificates from WCIO.

    Applicant Requirements:

    • Applicants will currently be in their ACGME interventional radiology fellowship or ACGME diagnostic radiology residency.

    Application Process:

    • Completed online application
    • Current CV
    • Letter of recommendation from an Interventional Oncology/Radiology Faculty
    • Letter from the Chief of service supporting your attending WCIO 2015
    • Completed W-9 - This is needed for accounting to process the scholarship award. International applicants do not need to include a W-9 with the application.
