Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected] by Friday, 17 April 2015. Cancellations made on or before 17 April 2015, will be eligible for a refund less a $50 processing fee. WCIO will not refund cancellations received after 17 April 2015. All refunds will be processed two to three weeks after the conference.
